Maine Parental Rights Attorneys Association

Maine  Parental  Rights  Attorneys  Association  (“Mepraa”)   is a  coalition of  attorneys  who  represent  the  rights  of  parents  and  children  throughout  the  state  in  child  protective  proceedings.   Mepraa  was  founded with  a  goal  to  make needed  systemic  improvements  to  the  child  welfare  system  in  Maine  and  to  help  increase  the  efficacy  and  standard  of  representation  in  court  proceedings.
